The CEO of Lufthansa Technik Services, Luigi Celmi is an aviation enthusiast who has worked in different countries over the course of his career.

Luigi graduated in Aerospace Engineering at the Polytechnic of Naples in Italy, and he first graced the aviation industry by working as a design engineer at ATR (part of Airbus Group) from 2004 in Toulouse, France.

He has been living in India for over 10 years and enjoys watching Indian movies, except the ones with the "Bollywood dance".

In 2006, he moved to Bangalore, where he worked to support airlines and operate regional aircraft in various roles until becoming the ATR Managing Director for South Asia.

Subsequently, in 2013, he shifted to Singapore as President and Managing Director for the Asia Pacific, responsible for a Training Center, several Warehouses and a Regional Customer Support centre.

He wishes to provide training and product expertise to bring more aviation enthusiasts into the spotlight.
